Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping for US domestic orders:
- Free ground shipping for orders over $75.00
- $5.00 flat rate for orders under $75.00 (estimated 2-7 business days shipping time)
- $9.99 for Priority Mail (estimated 2-4 days shipping time)
Shipping for International orders:
- Free shipping for orders over $200.00
- $15.00 flat rate for orders under $200.00 (estimated 8-16 business days shipping time)
It will take about 2-4 days of processing before being shipped out.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is accepted, you may ship the items back to us. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Unfortunately, sale items can not be refund. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
